The Activity Tool Bar is used to create, save, view, and print activities created by the software.

Each activity can be created by clicking the appropriate button. The buttons on this bar duplicate the activity selections on the Activity and Puzzle Menus. These buttons are used to create bingo cards, cryptolists, fill-in-the-blank quizzes, juggle letters, magic number squares, matching quiz, multiple choice quiz, word searches using the clues (definitions), first letter, and vocabulary words, crossword puzzles, kriss krosses using clues (definitions), first letter, or vocabulary words, and sudoku puzzles.

This preview window displays the activity created by the program. The scroll bar can be used to view the entire page. Buttons on the Activity Tool Bar can change the preview width (zoom in and out) and change pages for activites created with multiple pages.

The status bar displays the name of the word list in memory, total number of words in the word list, number of words used in the activity, and the registered user of the program.

Common settings include paper margins, saving the software settings, and printing multiple forms.

Each activity has different settings used by the software to create the activity. When an activity is selected from the Activity Selection bar or menu, a panel is shown with the current settings. If you change a setting on the activity panel, the activity is recreated using your new settings. Your activity settings can be saved at any time using the Save Settings button, or Save Settings menu selection.
